Services Provided
Individual Counseling
I utilize an amiable approach when building connection. When I think about counseling, it isn't something that needs to be done constricted to couches and notepads. I incorporate walks, games with children, home/school visits for observation and assessment, and other tools specific to the client to ensure a positive therapeutic relationship.
Home/School Assessment
Sometimes it can be helpful to have another's perspective on what a child or family is experiencing. By providing home, school, or community assessments, this can help in learning some needed information about a child/adolescent's behavior, and what it is trying to communicate. In gathering this information, we can create an individualized plan tailored to your situation in the home, school, or community. Let me know if you are interested and I'd be happy to discuss this further and the benefit it may have for you or your family..

Child Behavioral Counseling
Children and adolescents are very unique, talented, and capable, and with this, they can also have some very individualized needs. The behavior that our children exhibit can be a difficult communication style to decipher. Often times added support is helpful to navigate during these times. I value a collaborative approach when it comes to children and adolescents and sometimes we need a more tailored approach to best help the situation. If you are interested in behavioral counseling or consultation for your child or adolescent, I'd be happy to discuss this further and the benefit to therapeutic process.

Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges Under the No Surprises Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have certain types of health care coverage or who are not using certain types of health care coverage an estimate of their bill for health care items and services before those items or services are provided.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any health care items or services upon request or when scheduling such items or services.
• If you schedule a health care item or service at least 3 business days in advance, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 1 business day after scheduling. If you schedule a health care item or service at least 10 business days in advance, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after scheduling. You can also ask any health care provider or facility for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you do, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing within 3 business days after you ask.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more for any provider or facility than your Good Faith Estimate from that provider or facility, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate and the bill.
